In this penthouse, free-standing boxes define the areas in the spatial continuum. The closet, bathroom, toilet and other auxiliary functions each have their own box. The central box is the kitchen, which takes advantage of the different levels of the living space to include both a bar top for the standing user and a counter with seating. A sitting alcove is one of the elements that create a special atmosphere. The open floor plan allows a highly flexible use of space.
