The building plot is part of the master plan “Hirschfeld: living in harmony with nature”. A total of 5 point block buildings with 175 apartments and a shared underground car park will be built. In order to ensure that all residential units on the property have a view into nature and optimal lighting, a basic pentagonal shape was chosen. Every apartment connects to the open space outside. Variably designed wrap-around balconies lend the buildings their individuality. The pedestal areas are also formulated in a non-uniform way, with protrusions and recesses conveying a human scale. All building plots are connected to one another and made accessible via an esplanade running centrally through the site.
