HOUSING SÜSSEN BRUNNER STRASSE WEST
The idea of a small-scale building structure around a green courtyard increases the living quality of the individual apartments and gives the project a more human scale.
The housing facades are horizontally and vertically setback in a rhythm. The roof terraces created by the setback facades provide green on the facade and open up the central courtyard with more light and a variety of visual relationships between the housing blocks.
