HOUSE NEUSIEDL A.D. ZAYA

They say you shouldn’t make a design for a family member, but this summer house proves to be an exception to the rule.

A new wooden CLT structure was built on top of an existing wine cellar. As the existing ground plan exhibited asymmetrical form, the gable was built to the maximum permissible height. This results in oblique eaves on either side of the roof which, despite its gabled form, lends the building a contemporary appearance.
