HOUSING BLOCK D
The housing block D is part of the masterplan “Leben Am Langen Felde”. There are about 100 apartments and 40% of them are planned as “Smart” apartments, which have compact and minimal floor plans.
The building consists of three volumes with three different heights and three different outside spaces: loggia, balconies and terraces.
The ground floor zone with its generous glass surfaces opens up to the pedestrian area of the street space to create an inviting impression.
The main entrance follows via Quartiersgasse. The community space on the ground floor and the communal roof terrace for gardening can be accessed by all residents via both staircases.
